Terms of Service & Commercial Image Licensing

1. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Individual studio appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Corporate on-location group bookings and event coverage dates are reserved upon confirmation and deposit.

2. Royalty-Free Commercial Usage License

Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their final delivered retouched portraits across corporate websites, LinkedIn, social media, press releases, annual reports, business cards, real estate signage, and marketing materials.

3. Image Selection, Retouching & Archival

Standard retouching turnaround is 48 to 72 business hours from final image selection. Selected final files are archived by the studio for 12 months as a courtesy backup, though clients are encouraged to back up their high-resolution downloads upon delivery.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
